Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with returns initiated due to personal reasons or customer remorse (e.g., changes in preference or no longer needing the item). In the rare event that your neon sign arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of tracked delivery by emailing [email protected]

There will be no return fees for defective products, and we will promptly dispatch a replacement at no additional cost. Rest assured, no restocking fees will be applied.

We stand behind the quality of our products, offering a 12-month guarantee. If your neon sign experiences any issues or breaks within this period, simply inform us, and we will replace it free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:

Upon placing your order, you have a 24-hour window to contact [email protected] for any order modifications or cancellations.

After this initial 24-hour period, a 30% handling fee will be applicable for order or item cancellations. Consequently, a 70% refund of the total order amount will be issued.
